Reservation Policy

To reserve a unit, a $50 reservation fee is required. This fee will be applied toward your move-in charges when you complete your rental.

Your reservation will hold the unit for 25 days from the date of reservation.  If you do not move in within 25 days or decide not to rent the unit, the $50 reservation fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
